CA has in-house architectural/engineering personnel who specialize in developing project estimates. CA has been responsible for preparing numerous cost estimates for governmental clients for public works improvement projects, including modernization/renovation of various facilities. CA’s expertise in estimating for public works improvement projects draws upon the extensive records we have developed from numerous previous projects. Our job records contain extensive data on unit costs for a diverse range of publicly bid government projects in the region. This experience has been utilized on our assignments for Surety Companies, for which we are responsible for detailed, independent construction cost estimating as part of contract negotiations for disputed construction contracts.

 

CA has extensive experience in design and construction of public works improvement projects for governmental clients. We have expertise in the preparation of design, cost estimates, specifications and bid documents suited for governmental clients at the Federal, State, County and local levels.
